Return Policy
We at Dragaon believe in quality products and complete customer satisfaction. Please contact us if any of our product/service does not meet your quality expectations. We will be obliged to return/cancel your order within 7 days of delivery. Unshipped orders can be cancelled anytime. Please provide genuine reasons so we can improve our service and quality standards.
How do I return a product?
- You have to self-ship your products that you wish to return or exchange.
- E-mail cancellation reqeust at support@dragaonjeans.com 7 days from date of delivery.
- Please mention Order number in subject line to help us quickly process your returns.
- Ensure that the returned merchandise is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in saleable condition.
- Request you to maintain the original packaging of return item(s) including price tags.
- Please ensure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- Please ensure that shipment reaches us within 10 days from date of raising the return request.

Refund Policy
In case of returns, we will start the refund process as soon as we receive the undamaged product. For unshipped orders, we will start the refund process once we have the cancellation request. Refund will be issued in the original payment form, and may take up to 5 business days for the transaction to appear in your account statement. Refunds will be credited within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipment Refund Policy
For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed INR 100/- towards your shipping costs with your product cost refund per our return policy.
How do I receive refund?
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
Your refund amount only includes price of items of the returns accepted post validation by our quality team. Your refund amount will not include any shipping charges or for/against any promotional vouchers used at the time of order.
