How do I place bulk orders?

Are there any hidden charges?
There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any other chargers will be borne by Dragaon. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.
What should I do if my payment fails?
- Please ensure that the Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) and that your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
- If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days.

Does Dragaon Jeans save my banking details?
Absolutely Not. We don't save any card/banking details in our database.
Is my order confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation email/sms. Check your junk folder in case you don't find it in your inbox. Please contact us if you are unsure.
What is coupon policy?
- Exclusion on certain items & categories may apply.
- Coupons cannot be back-dated.
- Cannot apply multiple cart level coupons on one order.
- Cannot apply multiple product level coupons on same product.
- Some coupons can be used only once per account.
- Some coupons are issued on first come first serve basis.
- Dragaon Jeans holds the right to cancel an order if coupon is misused.
- Dragaon Jeans holds the right to revoke, void and change any coupon without notice.
What is rewards or cashback policy?
- We issue 1% cashback/rewards on all online orders.
- You can check your rewards under "my account"
- Cashback can only be used on www.dragaonjeans.com. We don't allow cash transfer.
- Cashback cannot be transferred to another account.
- Cashback used on returned items will not be credited.
Can order be cancelled by Dragaon Jeans?
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department or any defect regarding the quality of the product. Sometimes we require additional verifications or information before accepting an order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is needed. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
When will my order ship?
We normally ship all orders within 1-2 business days. We dispatch all parcels using reputed & experienced courier. Generally it takes 3-4 days for the courier company to deliver your product. Final delivery time will vary based on location.
What are shipping charges?
Free shipping on all orders above ₹500. An additional charge of ₹100 will be levied on orders below that.
Can there be delivery issues?
Despite our best efforts and those of our courier partners, certain issues can arise before your parcel is delivered. In order to guarantee you a quality service, we do our best to resolve any problem(s) in a timely manner.
At Dragaon we understand your fashion needs and thus bring you our latest fashion trends. However, you need not lose heart if you do not like the fit, color or design. We at Dragaon offer you best quality products and thus request you to activate returns within 7 days of delivery.
How do I return a product?
- You have to self-ship your products that you wish to return or exchange.
- E-mail cancellation reqeust at firstname.lastname@example.org 7 days from date of delivery.
- Please mention Order number in subject line to help us quickly process your returns.
- Ensure that the returned merchandize is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in saleable condition.
- Request you to maintain the original packaging of return item(s) including price tags.
- Please ensure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- Please ensure that shipment reaches us within 10 days from date of raising the return request.
What is the Return Address?
All self-shipped products need to clearly bear the consignee address on the return Airway Bill as given below:

Shipment Refund Policy
For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed INR 100/- towards your shipping costs with your product cost refund per our return policy.
How do I receive refund?
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
Your refund amount only includes price of items of the returns accepted post validation by our quality team. Your refund amount will not include any shipping charges or for/against any promotional vouchers used at the time of order.
When do I receive refund?
